How to Submit Public Comment: Members of the public may provide written public comment by sending comments to the City Clerk. Written comments should identify the Agenda Item Number or Topic in the subject line of the email. Comments will be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per individual comment, subject to the City Council's discretion. Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time. It is recommended that public written comments be submitted to the City Clerk's office by 12:00PM on the meeting date. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the City Council.
