Members of the public may provide written public comment by sending comments to the Cultural Heritage Commission Recording Secretary at commentCHC@beverlyhills.org. Written comments should identify the Agenda Item Number or Topic in the subject line of the email. Public comment can be offered during the meeting by calling 310-285-1020. |

Comments will be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per individual comment, subject to the Commission’s discretion. Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time. |
|
It is recommended that public written comments be submitted prior to the posted meeting date/time. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Commission. |
|
If a written comment is received after the agenda item is heard, but before the close of the meeting, the comment will still be included as a part of the record of the meeting, but will not be read into the record. |
