Comments will be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per individual comment, subject to the Commission’s discretion. Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time.

It is recommended that public written comments be submitted prior to the posted meeting date/time. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Commission.

2. 9111 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD  Time Extension for a Conditional Use Permit and Historic Incentive Permit (PL2000385) - A request for a one-year time extension for a previously approved Conditional Use Permit and Historic Incentive Permit to establish a 154-room hotel, with restaurant and ancillary uses, within an existing 10-story office building. The Project was previously assessed in accordance with the provisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the Planning Commission previously adopted Class 1 (Existing Facilities) and Class 31 (Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) Categorical Exemptions for this Project.  The original Class 1 and Class 31 Categorical Exemptions remain the independent judgment of the City, and no additional environmental review is required at this time. 3. 331 NORTH OAKHURST DRIVE  Development Plan Review (PL1900208) - Request for a Development Plan Review to allow the construction of a three-story single-family residence with a basement on a multi-family residential property. Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Planning Commission will consider finding the project exempt from further review under CEQA.
