Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e)(3), members of the Beverly Hills Design Review Commission and staff may participate in this meeting via a teleconference. It is recommended that written public comments be submitted to the Design Review Commission Recording Secretary by 11:30 AM on the meeting date.  Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Design Review Commission.  Written comments should identify the Agenda Item number or topic in the subject line of the email. 

In order to be read at the meeting, written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately three (3) minutes of speaking time.  If a comment is received after the agenda item is heard, it will not be a part of the record.

RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BEVERLY HILLS CONTINUING TO AUTHORIZE PUBLIC MEETINGS TO BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCING PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54953(e) AND MAKING FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS REGARDING THE SAME - Recent legislation was adopted allowing the Design Review Commission to continue virtual meetings during the COVID-19 declared emergency subject to certain conditions and the proposed resolution implements the necessary requirements.

3. 713 NORTH BEVERLY DRIVE (PL2100385) - A request for an R-1 Design Review Permit to allow the construction of a new two-story single-family residence located in the Central Area of the City, north of Santa Monica Boulevard.  Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Design Review Commission will also consider finding the project exempt from further review under CEQA.
