Pursuant to Executive Order N-25-20, members of the Beverly Hills Arts and Culture Commission and staff may participate in this meeting via a teleconference. Comments will be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per individual comment, subject to the Commission’s discretion. Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time.

It is recommended that public written comments be submitted prior to the posted meeting date/time. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Commission.

If a comment is received after the agenda item is heard, but before the close of the meeting, the comment will still be included as a part of the record of the meeting, but will not be read into the record.
