Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Architectural Commission. Request for approval of a one-year extension for an Architectural Review Permit for a new three-story building that includes a Sign Accommodation to allow multiple Business Identification Signs and landscaping on the outdoor terrace. The Architectural Commission previously adopted a Categorical Exemption for the project on September 12, 2018, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act; no further environmental review is required at this time. |
