AMENDMENTS TO THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN ADOPTED FOR THE 6TH CYCLE PLANNING PERIOD FROM 2021 TO 2029; AND AN ADDENDUM TO AN ADOPTED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE HOUSING ELEMENT AMENDMENTS The Planning Commission will review an amended version of the 2021-2029 Housing Element that was adopted on February 21, 2023, which has been revised in response to comments provided by the State Housing and Community Development Department (HCD). The Planning Commission will consider a resolution recommending adoption of an amended Housing Element of the General Plan to the City Council. Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Planning Commission will also consider recommending the adoption of an Addendum to the adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) to the City Council.
