Property Owners Task Force. 

The City Council of the City of Beverly Hills created the Property Owners Task Force in October 2020.  The Task Force is comprised of commercial property owners focused on developing strategies for success for our business community including ways to remove barriers to fill vacant spaces in Beverly Hills and ways to maintain our existing commercial tenants.  The members of the Task Force bring decades of Beverly Hills business, retail and tourism experience to this discussion. 

The Task Force will be focused on policies that the City of Beverly Hills can evaluate for our Beverly Hills businesses as a whole related to fees, taxes, zoning limitations, signage, parking and more.
