The Section 115 Trust Investment Committee is comprised of the City Treasurer, serving as chair, two designated members of the City Council (those also serving on the Audit and Finance Committee), the City Manager, and the Director of Finance.  The Committee provides independent review and oversight of the City's Section 115 Trust investments, established for funding both pension and other postemployment benefits (OPEB) liabilities.
