Regulations on Beverly Hills Garage/Estate Sales Signs

The only signs permitted to advertise a garage sale are those provided by the Community Development Department. You must receive a Garage Sale Permit before being issued a sign.

Garage sale signs are less than three square feet, by order of the Municipal Code. For corner lots, two signs may be issued and displayed. No flags or any other device intended to attract attention to the sale is permitted.

Signs may not be displayed anywhere other than on the private property and may not be placed on or inside any vehicle.
