The Planning Division of the Community Development Department is committed to guiding the evolution and preservation of the built environment in the City of Beverly Hills in order to maintain a high quality of life for all community members. We provide the public with information about property regulations, process development applications, and assist the community with long-range planning of the City.

UPCOMING 2022 CALIFORNIA BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS TRAINING

  • The City of Beverly Hills is hosting a few training on on the new and revised requirements in the 2022 California Building Energy Efficiency Standards for nonresidential Buildings.
