 Beverly Hills Ambassadors

The Beverly Hills Ambassador Program is a program adopted by the City of Beverly Hills and run by the independent service company Block by Block to enhance the high quality of life for which the City is renowned.

Ambassadors work in partnership with the City’s Human Services department, police and other departments to address aggressive panhandling and connect individuals with social service needs to the City’s Beverly Hills Outreach Team (BHOT).  Their focus is in the City’s downtown core serving residents, merchants and visitors. The Ambassadors address aggressive panhandling during the day, providing education to these individuals violating the City’s ordinance, and provide linkage to the outreach team if appropriate. Finally, the Ambassadors patrol the City’s parking facilities at night, and are able to identify those individuals who are homeless and in need of services. The Ambassadors can be reached 24/7 at 424-302-1487.

The Human Relations Commission meets at 9:00am the third Thursday of the month. The Commission will review reports on progress and impact on the community as the year unfolds. Attend in person or watch online.
