SAMPLE VENUE RENTAL ESTIMATE

The amounts below are based on the published schedule of taxes, fees, and charges and should be used to provide a general estimate for venue rental. 

For weddings, the estimates below include the following:

• Use of the Formal Garden for the ceremony
• Use of the Courtyards for the reception
• Four hours vendor set up
• Two hours vendor breakdown
• Access to one prep room, located near the Formal Garden, during set up and ceremony. Please note this room is not locked and is located in an area that is still open to the public.
• Access to the parking lot (Parking is first come, first serve for both event guests and park visitors. The lot has 150 spots.)

The above estimates include set up time and breakdown time as outlined above. For example, if you book a 5-hour event, the price includes vendor set up from 12-4pm, event time 4-9pm, vendor breakdown 9-11pm. Required fees that are paid to Greystone, such as park rangers, maintenance fee, and kitchen cleaning fees are included. 

Refundable deposits are in addition to the prices listed in the table above.

WEDDING CEREMONY ONLY

If you are interested in holding only your wedding ceremony at Greystone, the Formal Garden can be rented for a one-hour event. Two hours are included for vendor set up and breakdown.

No food or beverages (except water) are allowed for ceremony-only events.

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS

Not holding your wedding at Greystone but interested in taking photos on the grounds? A permit is required for all photography. Permits are issued two weeks in advance and are not available if other events are booked at the property.
