Beverly Hills Businesses can reserve 2 months in advance but pay the non-resident rate.
Non-residents can reserve 1 month in advance. - The permit process must be completed five (5) days in advance of event date.
- Proof of residence in the form of photo ID and/or current utility bill is required to qualify for the resident rate.
- Reservations can be made in person only Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with credit card or check.
- No rentals on holidays: Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday, Labor Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Indoor Facilities
Indoor facilities are available for rent Monday - Friday: 3pm – 9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9am – 5pm. Weekend hours can be extended to 9:30pm pending staff availability.* All room rentals include 6’ rectangular tables or 5’ round tables and chairs. Children’s tables and chairs are available in Redwood only. Rentals are priced hourly, with a two hour minimum, and require a refundable deposit of two hours rental fee which will be returned upon inspection of the room following your event. A service fee of one hour will be charged on all cancellations. AV option available in Magnolia 130 only.

LIBRARY |
There is a small annex of the main Beverly Hills Public Library located in the Roxbury Community Center. There are large print books for seniors and a children's reading room. For more information contact the library directly at 310.285.6849. Hours are 10-5pm Monday-Friday, closed from 2-3pm for lunch. |

PARKING |
Metered parking is available around the park Monday-Saturday 8-6pm for 75 cents per hour. Sundays are free. There is also a small parking lot located south of the Community Center with metered parking spots and electric vehicle charging stations. |

PICNIC TABLES |
The 24 tables available for rent are spread over four areas. Each 8’ table rental includes a grill and seats 8-10 people. For event planning purposes; table assignment shall be determined by staff. |

PLAYGROUND |
Designed by Kompan and installed early 2015. The playground is divided: toddlers aged 2-5 and youth aged 5-12. |
