Oral Interview Preparatory Course

Course Overview

This course is focused on the dynamics of the law enforcement entry-level oral interview panels (both initial and Command levels). Adults interested in law enforcement positions should attend this course. Students are provided with an opportunity to explore the various challenges involved with the hiring process. Through facilitator-led discussions and learning activities, participants will engage in the topics ranging from common mistakes, creating answers to common questions, and perfecting the introduction and closing statements. At the end of this course, students will have a better understanding of the hiring process and how to be the best prepared applicant they can be. No prior experience is necessary, and you DO NOT need to apply to Beverly Hills Police Department to attend.
