Requirements:

The registered owner (or authorized person with a notarized letter) must present:

Valid Driver License	or	Valid identification with a valid licensed driver
Current Proof of Registration	or	Valid moving permit with DMV proof of fees paid
In addition, if the vehicle is held for any outstanding unpaid parking citations, the car will NOT be released until those fees are paid in full.

FAILURE TO REQUEST A HEARING WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF THE NOTICE OR FAILURE TO ATTEND A SCHEDULED HEARING WILL END YOUR RIGHTS TO A HEARING.
