Claims Process

As part of the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Beverly Hills and Metro, Metro is required to maintain an administrative claims process. Residents and businesses may file a claim for damage caused by the contractor during construction of the Purple (D Line) Extension by contacting Metro to complete a field report at purplelineext@metro.net or via telephone at (213) 922-6934.

You will need to provide the following information: current address, telephone number, date and time of the incident, and a detailed narrative of the incident and any damages incurred. The field report must be completed by a team member of the Metro Purple (D Line) Extension at the email or phone number provided above.
