Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) for Section 1 and Section 2
These agreements between Metro and the City of Beverly Hills provide the framework for construction activity. They include things like clear maximum allowable noise levels, construction mitigations, public notification guidelines, and more.
For both La Cienega and Rodeo stations, the security will meet the policing standards set forth in Exhibit U of the Section 2 MOA.
Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Reports (EIS/EIR)
These comprehensive documents include the results of environmental assessments for the Purple (D Line) Extension. The original EIS/EIR was approved in March 2012, and a supplemental EIS was approved in November 2017. The supplemental EIS is more limited in scope and includes additional assessments done in the area around Beverly Hills High School.
