In response to concerns raised by residents regarding Beverly Hills High School, several additional project assessments and mitigations have been made. These include specific protections provided in an agreement between the City of Beverly Hills and Metro, a supplemental environmental impact assessment, and a public meeting with a panel of experts to discuss specific concerns. Summary of Protections for Beverly Hills High School from the Proposed Memorandum of Agreement
The Memorandum of Agreement is a contract between the City of Beverly Hills and Metro that provides the framework for construction activity. These additional protections for Beverly Hills High School are included in the contract for the Wilshire/Rodeo Station.

Final Supplemental EIS, November 2017
This supplemental document was approved in November 2017. It is more limited in scope than the original Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR) and includes additional assessments performed in the area around Beverly Hills High School.
