SB 998 Information:
Bills must be contested in writing and contain a detailed justification for the dispute. The dispute must be accompanied with a deposit equal to the amount of the disputed bill and mailed to:

Service will not be interrupted while the bill is being reviewed as long as the customer has posted a deposit equal to the disputed amount and all other utility charges (those not disputed) are paid on or before the regular due date.
