Beverly Hills Outreach Team (BHOT)
homeless outreach team

Kevin Conner, Sabreah Sanchez, Edwin Chavous, Mary Henderson, and Jeffery World make up the City’s in-house homeless outreach team, contracted through Step Up On Second.

The Beverly Hills Outreach Team (BHOT) is dually focused on connecting long-time homeless individuals residing in Beverly Hills with supportive services to move from the streets into permanent housing, and quickly linking new arrivals to services throughout the region that will address their immediate needs. Services start with identifying the person through outreach, engagement and assessment, and then, developing a plan appropriate to their presenting issue. Case management services may include: family reunification, linkages to benefits, food, medical/mental health, shelter beds, permanent supportive housing and other pertinent supports.

BHOT is in the field 7 days/week:

Monday - Friday:  5am to 9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 5pm

They can be reached at 310-285-BHOT (2468)
