General Information
Please note: If you are eligible to renew your passport by mail using the DS-82 renew by mail form, but are choosing to have your passport processed by our Acceptance Facility, please be sure to complete the DS-11 form. We cannot accept the DS-82 renew by mail form. As of March 24th, 2023 routine service can take 10 to 13 weeks from the day an application is received by the Department of State. Expedited service (for an additional $60) can take 7 to 9 weeks from the day an application is received by the Department of State. Mail times may very. Please plan ahead and apply early.
Two hours of free parking is available in the parking garage north of the library. Validation is not required. Appointment Reschedule/Cancellation: Links to reschedule or cancel your appointment can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email. Cancellations are automatically made available on the online appointment calendar.
