The Beverly Hills Public Library accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.
U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports at the library by appointment only. The library accepts appointments throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.

Application forms are available in the Library or Online. Please bring your government issued photo identification and a photograph. Passport photos can be taken at the library for $12. Our fees are mandated by law so bring one check for the Department of State and cash or credit card for the facility fee due to the library.

All persons traveling by land, air, or sea outside of the United States are required to present a passport to re-enter the United States.
