Services We Provide

• Zoning Review - Review projects for compliance with City zoning codes, work with applicants to obtain any necessary entitlements.
• Plan Check Review / Permitting (Construction and Temporary) - Review and permit all new development and renovation projects.
• Building Inspections - Inspect and issue certificates of occupancy for all construction projects.
• Code Compliance - Assure that all properties comply with City codes and administer the Rent Stabilization program.
• Compliance with State and local requirements - Maintain the City's General Plan, Zoning Codes and Building and Safety Codes
• Housing - Encourage the production of affordable and special needs housing in the City
• Sustainability - Administer the City's Green Building Program
• Architectural Review - For commercial/business signage
