The Mayor's Citywide Electrical Resilience (MCER) Ad Hoc Committee will examine how the City may become more energy resilient in light of the growing demand for power that is dependent upon an aging infrastructure for delivery. 

Once a solution is recommended and accepted for energy resiliency, the Committee may consider other investor owned utilities and their ability to provide reliable service.
