Constructed in 1931-1932, Beverly Hills City Hall is an excellent example of the "modified Spanish Renaissance" style, which drew upon the same precedents as the Churrigueresque variant of the Spanish Colonial Revival style. This property is representative of the work of Koerner and Gage, an architectural firm included on the City's List of Master Architects.
