Join certified Forest Therapy Guide Novellyn Heard on an immersive and restorative walk through the grounds of Greystone.

This 2-hour guided walk will offer opportunities to slow down and observe the natural world, as inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku.

• The session will begin on time at 9:30, please arrive early to check in.
• This is an outdoor activity that will take place on trails, uneven terrain, and stairs. Please dress accordingly.
• There will be periods of standing during the session.
• Bringing your own water bottle is encouraged.
• Suitable for all levels, no previous experience necessary.
