Thank you for your interest in holding your rental event at Greystone!
A few things to know:
- We are currently booking exterior events only.
- Our wedding season is mid-March through mid-November.
- We have limited availability for non-wedding events in the winter months depending on maintenance and other activities scheduled at that time. Please reach out to GreystoneEvents@beverlyhills.org with your event details and desired dates for more information.
We start accepting booking requests according to the following schedule:
- Reception, Beverly Hills resident: 11 months in advance
- Reception, non-resident: 10 months in advance
- Ceremony only, Beverly Hills resident: 8 months in advance
- Ceremony only, non-resident: 6 months in advance
To qualify for the Beverly Hills resident date for weddings, one of the two people getting married must be a current resident.
Each month opens for booking at 8am (pacific) on the first business day of the month.
How to request a date:
- Each month will open for booking on the first business day of the month at 8:00am (pacific).
- Bookings are accepted via email only.
- Each couple/event should send one email to GreystoneEvents@beverlyhills.org (Hint: Do not respond to your booking email if you have additional questions as that takes the email out of order.)
- The booking request email should include:
- First and last names of the couple (weddings) or organization name & contact name (corporate/non-profit events)
- List your preferred dates in order of preference. Please do not list dates that are not yet open for booking.
- Anticipated guest count
- Contact phone number
- Overview of event details - desired area(s) to be rented, estimated timing, etc.
Dates will be filled in the order in which booking requests are received, beginning at 8:00am (pacific). The inbox timestamp is the official clock for this purpose. Multiple emails received between 8:00-8:01 will be filled in the order received as available dates allow.
