The File of Life Program is a packet provided to residents free of charge by the Beverly Hills Fire Department and is designed to increase the accessibility and accuracy of pertinent medical information to first responders and the receiving hospital in the event of a medical emergency. After the individual receives the packet they would need to complete the included form which would include personal and medical information. The entire packet would remain at the individual's residence and would only need to be accessed during an emergency.
