PARKING GARAGE FAÇADE IMPROVEMENTS
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO FOUR OF THE CITY’S PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE FAÇADES.

The City is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to select up to four qualified design firms to provide design services for projects involving Façade Improvements of multiple public parking garages within and adjacent to the Business Triangle.
The four parking structures identified in the RFQ are relatively old; some dating back to the 1960’s. Improvements to their facades are warranted to keep on brand with the world-class image of Beverly Hills.
Please refer to the following RFQ for the City’s goals and objectives, as well as other project details. Submittals are due on September 11, 2023.
