The City and Metro require an Independent Compliance Monitor (ICM) to be on-site for all construction activities at both the Wilshire/La Cienega (Section 1) and Wilshire/Rodeo (Section 2) stations. The ICM is responsible for monitoring conditions such as noise, dust, haul routes, and parking for project-related vehicles. The ICM prepares weekly reports and submits them to the City and Metro for both stations. Any exceedances or violations of permit conditions are included in these reports.
